Welcome to Feedzo! This policy details our guidelines on cancellations and refunds. By placing an order with Feedzo, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Important: Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. All sales are final.

1. Strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fresh, home-cooked food prepared on-demand specifically for your order, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed by our team or the chef.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances (including for delays, change of mind, or incorrect items ordered by you).
  • Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refund Processing Time

As our policy is no refunds, there is no "refund processing time." All transactions are final upon confirmation.

2. Exception: Severe Quality Issues

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you genuinely face a severe quality or hygiene issue with your food:

In the rare event of a significant quality problem, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of delivery) via WhatsApp.
  • Provide your order details and clear photos/details of the issue.
  • We will investigate the matter with the home chef promptly.
  • A replacement (not a refund) for the affected item may be offered, solely at the discretion of Feedzo management.
  • All decisions by Feedzo management are final.
