Feedzo is a platform dedicated to connecting VNIT students with fresh, home-cooked meals from local chefs. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your orders with complete transparency.
2. Service & Delivery Area
Our delivery service is exclusively available within the VNIT Nagpur Campus.
We deliver to:
- VNIT Boys Hostels (All)
- VNIT Girls Hostels (All)
- VNIT Faculty Quarters
- Any other location within the VNIT Campus
3. Delivery Time & Real-Time Updates
Operating Hours
Our general operating and delivery hours are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.
Real-Time Communication
Since all meals are cooked fresh-to-order, delivery time will be communicated to you via:
- Built-in Chat System on feedzo.in website
- Feedzo Progressive Web App (PWA) chat feature
- Or you can call us directly when your order is confirmed
Target Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 60 minutes of chef confirmation. However, delivery time may vary based on:
- • Fresh food preparation time
- • Chef availability & cooking complexity
- • Order volume during peak hours
- • Weather conditions or campus events
Important: While we strive for 60-minute delivery, this is a target timeframe, not a guarantee. Quality and freshness are our priority. We'll keep you updated in real-time via chat or phone.
