Welcome to Feedzo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our food delivery platform. By accessing or using Feedzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description
Feedzo is a food delivery platform that connects VNIT students with local home chefs in Nagpur. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of home-cooked meals.

- VNIT Campus Area
2. User Obligations
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
Payment
You agree to pay all charges for orders placed through your account
Responsible Use
You will not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fresh, home-cooked food prepared on-demand:
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- Please review your order carefully before confirming
Quality Issues?
While we cannot offer refunds, if you genuinely face quality issues:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos/details
- We'll investigate and may offer a replacement (at our discretion)
- All decisions by Feedzo management are final
4. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value applies to all deliveries. The exact amount will be communicated to you via WhatsApp chat at the time of placing your order.
This amount may vary based on delivery location, time, and chef availability. Please confirm the minimum order value with our support team before finalizing your order.
4. Limitation of Liability
Feedzo acts as a platform connecting users with home chefs. While we verify our chefs, we are not responsible for:
- •Food quality issues beyond our reasonable control
- •Allergic reactions (please inform chefs of dietary restrictions)
- •Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
